Privacy policy
Pride Printing uses this form for one thing: to receive the file you send and to talk with you about that job.
What you give us
Your name, your email, your phone number, notes about the job if you write them, and the files. A comment on a file if you write one.
A quantity for each file. Finished size and sides if you add them. Organization if you add it.
You can also mark the job for Anyone, Jason, Mary, or Rick.
What we do with it
We store the file in a private Google Drive folder under your name. A later file from you goes in that same folder.
A note in the folder keeps your receipt number and the details from this form.
We email a receipt to you. We email the shop so we can open the job.
Jason, Rick, and Mary can open the folder.
We do not post the file or your details on this website, and we do not give them to anyone outside Pride.
You can also send a note about a problem or an idea on this page.
That note keeps your name, your email, and what you wrote in the shop app so we can answer it.
We do not use that note for marketing.
What we do not do
We do not use your name, email, phone, organization, notes, file comments, job details, files, or a note about this page for marketing.
That includes mailings and lists inside the shop. We do not sell this information.
Texts
If you check “Text me when this order is ready,” we may text this phone about this job.
The text says the order is ready, or it sends the link to pay the invoice.
A later file the same day uses that same yes. The next day asks again.
We do not use the number for marketing.
Reply STOP to cancel later texts. A new job can ask again after that.
Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

This page
This form does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Pressing Send runs a Cloudflare browser check. That check does not include your name or the file.
For about an hour we count how many uploads come from one network address, so the form cannot be flooded.
We do not save that address with your job.
The type on this page is loaded from Google Fonts. Your name and your file are not part of that request.
The file is stored in Google Drive, and the receipt and the shop note are sent with Google email.
If you asked for texts, Voxtelesys delivers them; it receives your phone number and the message so it can deliver it.
We do not send your file anywhere else.
Sending a note about this page runs the same kind of browser check. That check does not include your name or the note.
How long we keep it
We keep the file and the note so we can print the job and find it if you send another one.
There is no automatic deletion date. To ask us to remove a file, call
