Privacy policy

Pride Printing uses this form for one thing: to receive the file you send and to talk with you about that job.

What you give us

Your name, your email, and the file. Organization, phone, and notes if you add them. You can also mark the job for Anyone, Jason, Mary, or Rick.

What we do with it

We store the file in a private Google Drive folder under your name. A later file from you goes in that same folder. A note in the folder keeps your receipt number and the details from this form.

We email a receipt to you. We email the shop at [email protected] so we can open the job. Jason, Rick, and Mary can open the folder. We do not post the file or your details on this website, and we do not give them to anyone outside Pride.

What we do not do

We do not use your name, email, phone, organization, notes, or files for marketing. That includes mailings and lists inside the shop. We do not sell this information.

This page

This form does not use advertising or analytics cookies. For about an hour we count how many uploads come from one network address, so the form cannot be flooded. We do not save that address with your job.

The type on this page is loaded from Google Fonts. Your name and your file are not part of that request. The file is stored in Google Drive, and the receipt and the shop note are sent with Google email. We do not send your details anywhere else.

How long we keep it

We keep the file and the note so we can print the job and find it if you send another one. There is no automatic deletion date. To ask us to remove a file, email [email protected] or call 906.228.8182.
